Shipping FAQs

HPB.com orders cannot be shipped to brick-and-mortar stores at this time; however, customers may pick up HPB.com orders at their local Half Price Books store using our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store feature.

We are currently unable to consolidate shipments. Each item in your HPB.com order will ship separately with individual standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

We’ll send a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. Sign into your HPB.com account to track or review items at any time.

Don't have an account? Look for the Customer Service menu at the bottom of any page on HPB.com. Click “Order Status," enter your email address and order number, and click "Find My Order" to check on your items.

Buying things besides books, movies and music? Shipping options and rates for those items may vary and/or differ from estimated costs presented prior to checkout. Actual rates will be displayed upon confirmation of your specific shipping method and delivery address.

HPB.com reserves the right to charge extra for shipping extremely heavy books, movies, or music items. The actual shipping cost will be displayed once you are in the checkout process and you select a shipping method and specify your shipping address.

To return an item, just sign in to Your Account and click the Return Item button on your Orders page. Don't have an account?
